Leah Wynne – Training Log – 10/07/13 & 10/10/13

So…first training session since we moved…been about oh, 2 weeks since training and even then very sporadic since we were busy packing and whatnot. Tried out a new gym in the area on Monday. Surprise surprise it sucked. So much we drove back to the old gym for yesterdays session. Not sure how long that will last since it’s kind of a far drive from here. But I sure do love that gym.

Monday’s session at sucky gym:

A1. Single Arm Dumbbell Row

45/10 x 5 sets

A2. Goblet Squat

45/10 x 5 sets

B1. Single Leg Romanian Deadlift

45/8 each x 5 sets.

B2. Seated Dumbbell Press, no back support

25/10 x 5 sets. You know you don’t even lift any more when 25’s are hard :/

Triset:

Pushups 20, 15, 15
Lateral Raise 15/10 x 3
Lateral Lunge 3×15 each

Wednesday, at old good gym:

A. Sumo Deadlift

115/10 (this one was actually conventional, had to test my back)

Surprised I could do any of this. My back has been out of commission for what feels like months and I haven’t been able to deadlift at all.

B. Wide Grip Lat Pull
